Every athlete develops differently. That's why every Eagle-Eye training experience begins with understanding the athlete first—not choosing a program.

No two athletes develop the same way. That’s why we start by understanding the athlete—their goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth—before recommending a program.

Clients Love Us

Patrick is the reason our son fell in love with lacrosse. Having never played myself, I never really considered lacrosse for my kids. Patrick encouraged him to give it a try and has guided us throughout his journey. He’s challenged him at practice and helped build both his skills and confidence. He now wants to play year-round thanks to Patrick’s care and guidance.

Rec & Club Lacrosse Parent

Coach Pat has guided our son throughout his four years of playing lacrosse, and we’ve watched him grow tremendously as a competitive athlete. He’s developed his skills and confidence while also learning accountability and what it means to be coachable. Those lessons have carried over into his other sports as well. I attribute a great deal of that growth to the appropriately demanding environment Pat has created and adapted as our son has developed.

My daughter used to rush when pressure came, but Eagle-Eye helped her slow the game down and read the field with purpose. She now plays with more control, confidence, and awareness in every possession.

The sessions felt personal, focused, and completely different from regular team practice. Coach Patrick gave our athlete clear feedback, practical drills, and the confidence to apply those lessons during games.

What stood out most was how intentional every drill felt, with no wasted time or random reps.
Our son left each session knowing exactly what he needed to improve and why it mattered.

Every athlete develops differently. Let's start with a conversation and build the right training plan for your athlete.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is Eagle-Eye Athletics different from traditional lacrosse training?

Eagle-Eye Athletics is built around purposeful athlete development. Every training session is designed to improve skill, field vision, decision-making, confidence, and long-term performance—not simply add more repetitions.

How do I know which training program is right for my athlete?

Every athlete begins with a conversation. We'll learn about your athlete's age, experience, goals, and development needs before recommending the training plan that's the best fit.

What ages and experience levels do you work with?

We work with youth and high school athletes who are committed to improving their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. Whether an athlete is just getting started or preparing for the next level, every training plan is tailored to their stage of development.

How do you measure improvement?

Improvement should be visible—not assumed. Our coaching approach focuses on measurable progress through purposeful instruction, honest feedback, and individualized development goals. As Eagle-Eye continues to grow, athletes will also receive Performance Snapshots that help families track long-term progress.

(This is the perfect place to introduce the Performance Snapshot without making it the focus.)

What should my athlete expect during their first session?

Every first session is an opportunity to understand how your athlete moves, thinks, and performs. We'll identify strengths, development opportunities, and begin building a personalized plan for long-term improvement.

Where do training sessions take place?

Training locations vary based on the program and season. Sessions may be held at indoor facilities, outdoor fields, or partner locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.

(This is more flexible than listing specific locations.)
